Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 30 days and you will receive a refund. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you. Item must be returned in good condition.  All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

To return defective products, please email support@skytrakgolf.com to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item. (Note: replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks)

Evaluation Period

So far so good, I am enjoying the unit as it gives me accurate results. I am in the 30 days free subscription and still deciding if I am going to keep the unit or return it. Here is a bullet list of pros and cons so far:

Pros:
- free software is good and the driving range works perfectly
- 30 day license allows to test the bag mapping and the small games which are all well done and easy to use
- portability
- battery life is decent, enough for one session ~3+ hours

Cons:
- misses some shots that it should not. Some bad shots are not detected/rejected and this is normal, the unit cannot predict physics to calculate missed shots hitting the mat or pop flies. BUT nice shot misses are more frequent than what should be acceptable
- I do not like E6 and I am using GSPro. Although not officially supported, it kinda works. I am trying to get better experience and decide if this will be the way to go.

Other notes:

- I did not experience disconnection issues so far. I did some testing by shutting down my wifi(network mode), disabling the laptop wifi(direct mode) and the unit so far re-establishes the connection properly.
- I had issues with Direct USB connection though. At some point the unit does not want to reconnect at all (plugin in the USB in Windows gives an error message saying USB device not recognized). It took a lot of reset (holding the power button > 5 seconds) to bring it back alive. I was afraid it was broken.
- Absolutely needs the protective case, especially if having golf session with beginners. The case looked flimsy at first sight, but I can guarantee it can take a beating ;)

This is it so far. Still have 9 days to test this. Will come back to update my comment if I decide to keep it.

Fun but chipping is wonky. Customer support is slow & unorganized. For the price I’m not sure there is a better option available. For driver, woods, & irons it’s spot on.
