Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 30 days and you will receive a refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.
Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you. Item must be returned in good condition. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Any purchase that was made from 11/1/2023 thru 12/31/23 has an extended return period for holiday purchases. You have until 1/31/24 to return your item.
Warranty
To return defective products, please email support@skytrakgolf.com to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item. (Note: replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks)
